  • In the UK, people ages 18 or older can start therapy on their own, there’s no need for parental consent. This makes starting the process of therapy easy and quick. If you’re under 18, talking with a parent or guardian is a great first step before starting therapy.

  • Everything is virtual! We’ll do an initial consultation either on the phone or online and then set up weekly appointments. You’ll receive all the intake paperwork in a secure, online platform that will also process your payments. You’ll get appointment reminders and have access to all your billing info online.

  • While I do not currently accept insurance, I’d be happy to add you to the waiting list for your insurance.

  • Therapy is work and there’s no easy, fix-all solution. We’ll work together to make a plan that ensures you’re getting exactly what you want out of therapy. I will check in with you regularly over the course of your therapy to ensure we’re on track.

  • That’s completely up to you! Some people thrive on accountability and targeted interventions -- if that sounds like you, great! Homework is never a requirement, nor is it something I’ll push on you if it’s not your style. Regardless, we’ll work on building up coping skills in session together, which you can practice as much as you like at home.

  • My fees are:

    £95/125 for in-person sessions (depending on location)

    £75 for online sessions
